TBPL purchases land only after thorough scrutiny by the documentation team for availability of water, type of land whether it is dry land or wet land as per the Basic Tax Register record in Village Office and whether the land is Residential Zone as per Master Plan and Town Planning, its neighborhood, legal clearance etc. for the purpose of construction of a project.
We have a panel of Architects by whom we design the project adhering to the Kerala Municipality Building Rules or Kerala Panchayat Building Rules. Architect is the central Coordinator to Coordinate with Structural, Electrical, Plumbing consultants to design the project. TBPL technical team Coordinates with the Architect and finalizes the design.
TBPL has an efficient professional team starting from Project Manager to the Store Keeper for a project. Under the able guidance of Project Manager the project work commences and the work is carried out in conformity with required standards. Each and every material is checked for its quality by the quality control team and ensures that only branded and best materials are used. Purchase Manager ensures that the recommended materials are purchased. TBPL has an efficient MEP Engineer to carry out the electrical, plumbing and mechanical works.
We have a Quality Control team. Quality Controller verifies each and every aspect of the project works and only after the approval of the Quality controller, the work is started. On completion of all works, again a thorough checking is carried out by the Quality Controller and the works are certified only if it is found satisfactory.
Marketing & Sales
We have difference sources of Marketing viz: Digital through Google, Face Book, online, etc. Advertisements through Hoardings, Paper etc., wherein the sales are derived from the enquiries received. However our existing customers are the Brand Ambassador and maximum sales are through word of mouth references by our customers.
Once the sale is materialized, the customer is taken care by the Customer Care Executive upto the handing over of the flat/villa.
Once the project is handed over, our relationship with the Customer starts to ensure comfortable stay. Customer Relations Manager through Executive and Maintenance Engineer ensures all the requirements of the customer is met on priority basis upto the satisfaction of the customer.
